How do I order Food?

By clicking the “Order Your Catering” button  and filling out the form on the Divvee website. A representative will shortly reach out to you to get your order confirmed and curated.

Am I in your delivery area?

Please check your current city and the cities we deliver to.

When will Divvee expand to my area?

We continually work very hard to expand as quick as possible!

How are prices determined?

Divvee prices will vary from restaurant prices to help cover the costs of picking, packing and processing. Our members can expect to pay about $5 more using Divvee than they would on a $50 order purchased in the restaurant. 

What is your delivery fee?

Our delivery fee is $15-$25 depending on your location.

Do Catering Captains accept tips?

Of Course! Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated. You may tip in cash or within the website prior to placing your order.



Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?


Please do not schedule a delivery during a time window in which no one is at the office to receive the delivery. If no one is present at the time we deliver your food, it could be placed at your office door or taken back.

How much do I tip?

We ask that you tip on the quality of service displayed by your driver.

Am I in your delivery area?

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don’t look even slightly believable. Will Divvee deliver food to another location other than your office?

Yes! We deliver to your home, business, or wherever you are.

Do you use Divvee transportation or personal vehicles?

Our catering captain use their own personal vehicles to do the deliveries.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, generally we have a $100-$150 minimum depending on the restaurant.

How can I order from my desktop computer or laptop?

By going to the website.

Can I have food delivered to someone else?

Absolutely! We know you want to give a gift to your co-workers, bosses, and family. Divvee is happy to help in those efforts.

Can I place a pick-up order with Divvee?

No, not at this time. We will be adding a pick-up feature in the future.

What if the restaurant is out of the food that I ordered?

Your driver will contact you to see if you would like a substitute item. When ordering, you can use the notes section of the website to give us a preference on substitutions.

What days and times can I get food delivered?

Monday – Sunday: 8am – 8pm

How can I track my order?

After you place the order, select Your Orders from the menu to view it. 

The status can be one of the following: 

• Accepted – The order has been claimed by a Driver and is on the way to the restaurant. 
• At the restaurant – The Driver is picking up your delicious food to deliver to you



What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major US credit and debit cards.

Can I use coupons or restaurant deals as part of the delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not have that capability.

Can I use a gift card?

Sorry, Divvee does not accept gift cards

What is the refund policy?

You can request a refund within 5 days of your order. It’s our goal to make your life easier!

How can I reset my password?

By going to your profile and simply changing your password to whatever you desire.

Can I change the email on my account?

Yes! Go to your profile and change your email to the specified email that you desire.

How do I add multiple delivery addresses?

By going to my addresses and input as many addresses as you need.

What if I don't have a cell phone or mobile device?

You can still use our service. 

In your delivery notes just input that you have a landline and cannot receive text messages. 

Our drivers tend to text clients for substitutions if products are not in store or just to keep you updated.
